Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Email addresses voluntarily provided when you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter
- Member profile details you give us when you create a free member profile: your name, work email, company, job title and country, the sessions you save, and the requests you send
- Answers you give in our Plan my program form
- Usage data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
- Device information including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Send updates about Workbliss, including launch announcements and early access invitations
- Improve our website and content based on usage patterns
- Communicate with you about our products and services
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes.
Member Profiles
Member profiles, saved sessions, requests, files we send you and sign-ups are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, and are visible only to you and the Workbliss team. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your work email; we never ask for a password. To close your profile or have your details deleted, email hello@workbliss.ai.
Prices in Your Currency
To show prices in your currency, your browser first goes by your device’s time zone, which stays on your device. When the time zone doesn’t tell us, our website checks which country your IP address is in. That check runs on our own server, using IP Geolocation by DB-IP (licensed under CC BY 4.0), and we don’t store or log your IP address for it. If you have a member profile, we keep the currency you signed up with on your account.
Address Suggestions
When you type an address for an in-person session, the letters you type are sent to Photon, a free address search run by komoot and built on OpenStreetMap data, so it can suggest matching addresses. We only send what you type in that field, and only once you’ve typed three letters or more. The address you choose is sent to us with your booking or request.
Cookies and Your Browser
We don’t use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without collecting personal data, and does not follow you across other sites. Our website keeps a few things in your browser so it works: your sign-in to your member profile, and choices you make on the site, such as a message you’ve closed, a shortlist you’re building and your cookie choice. These stay on your device and aren’t used to follow you around the web.
When you first visit, a bar asks you to choose Accept all or Essential only. We keep your choice for 12 months, and you can change it any time with “Cookie choices” at the foot of every page.
Videos. Our videos play from YouTube (Google). The video on our home page plays automatically only if you choose Accept all. Our other videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which sets cookies only once you press play. Either way, YouTube may then set cookies and collect device and usage information under Google’s privacy policy.
Payments and calls. Card payments open a Stripe checkout page, and booking a call opens Calendly. Each sets its own cookies on its own pages, under its own privacy policy.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@workbliss.ai.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
