About this session
Each person makes a vision board: a collage of pictures, words and color that shows the year they want, at work, outside it, or both. A creative facilitator leads it, with magazines, printed image sheets, card, scissors and glue on the tables, and the room goes quiet in the way it does when people are making something. It suits groups of eight to twenty-five. Everyone leaves with a board they made, a clearer sense of what they want more of, and one first step they have named out loud.
In person it needs tables with cover and a wall or easels to display the boards; Workbliss brings the materials kit and the client provides the room. Online, each person receives a card board, image sheets and a glue stick ahead of the session, or builds a digital board on a shared tool; cameras stay on and sharing happens in small breakout rooms. What goes on a board is the maker’s own, shared only as much as they choose. It is a creative workshop, not coaching or goal-setting training, and nothing from it goes near a performance review.
